I’m Vicky McGrath, President of the Toronto chapter of the Ladies Executive Golf Society (LEGS) and the founder of Here to Help Home Care Services, which I launched in 2016. For over a decade, I’ve supported seniors in staying comfortably in their own homes, while also empowering mid-life women to build meaningful, profitable senior-care businesses using simple, repeatable systems—no healthcare or prior business experience required.

I took up golf so I could spend time on the course with my husband and quickly fell in love with the game, the courses, and the conversations that happen between swings. What I noticed was a gap—plenty of ladies leagues, but very few spaces where women in business could truly connect, support one another, and grow together. That’s exactly why I’m so excited to bring LEGS to Toronto. This chapter is about more than golf—it’s about building real relationships, growing confidence on the course, and creating a community where women can elevate both their game and their business, together.
