Hi! I’m Jillian.

I’ve always aspired to be helpful in the world, but my path has never been linear…My #1 passion is people, building community and empowering women (on and off the golf course.)

When I moved to Florida, I crossed off a bucket list item and ended up becoming the first female caddie at TPC Sawgrass. I felt a deep desire to change the paradigm for women. Rather than fitting into the tradition built by men, I felt women were missing out and were craving a different experience of golf designed specifically for women to feel welcome and included in a place where they have traditionally felt excluded.

My goal is for women across the globe to use golf as a platform to grow their business, build incredible relationships, and evolve into the best version of themselves…My vision is for women to no longer be looking for a seat at the table, but to have the confidence, resources, and network to build their own table!
