Led by Kimshil Pinegar, PGA Associate and Golf Coach, this Reformer Pilates class is specifically designed for golfers, focusing on the strength, mobility, and stability that translate directly to a more efficient swing and better performance on the course.

Whether you're looking to generate more power, improve consistency, or simply move with greater confidence, this unique session will help you build a stronger foundation for your game.

ABOUT THE EVENT

‍♀️ Reformer Pilates for Golfers – Build golf-specific strength, mobility, and balance through a guided Reformer Pilates workout.

⛳ Golf Performance Focus – Improve core strength, rotational power, hip and upper back mobility, balance, and stability while helping reduce the risk of injury.

Social Hour to Follow – Continue the afternoon with an optional social gathering over food and drinks (purchased separately) while connecting with fellow LEGS members.
