About Erin Duffy:

With over 15 years in the benefits space, Erin is dedicated to honesty and relationship building. She began her career at Arthur J. Gallagher, focusing on public sector employers and health insurance strategies. In 2016, Erin joined the start-up Gravie, working to make benefits more approachable and affordable for small and mid-sized companies. She joined Imagine360 in 2018, helping employers, brokers, consultants, and TPAs with cost-containment solutions through reference-based pricing. Erin holds an MBA from DePaul University and an undergraduate degree from Bradley University. She enjoys traveling, golfing, exercising, and spending time with friends and family, and is pursuing her Pilates teacher certification.

About Chelsea Ryckis:

Chelsea Ryckis is the founder and president of Ethos Benefits, a company focused on improving health insurance for employers. She and her husband Donovan are changing the system to cut out waste and save money for employers and employees. Originally from Canada, Chelsea's journey with the American healthcare system began after a sports injury ended her plans for medical school. This inspired her belief that if something can be done better, it should be.

Chelsea speaks at major events like ALM Benefits Pro Expo, SHRM HR Florida, and ISCEBS. She produced the documentary It’s Not Personal, It’s Just Healthcare and co-hosts the Ethos Effect podcast with Donovan. She was named the Most Innovative Healthcare Consultant in the US for 2024 and won the Advisor of the Year award by Benefits Pro. Chelsea became an American citizen in 2024. She loves the beach, paddleboarding, and being active with Donovan and her service dog, Copious.
