About Chelsea Ryckis:

Chelsea Ryckis, President of Ethos Benefits, leads a firm dedicated to advancing fiduciary-driven health insurance strategies for employers nationwide. Originally from Canada, Chelsea's journey includes playing NCAA DI college softball at Stetson University in Florida where she had her first interaction with the American healthcare system; she sustained a brain injury that would stop her from attending medical school. Using the lessons learned during this time, she would discover her ethos; if something can be done better it should be. This empowered her to become one of the youngest voluntary benefit agency owners in the country at 25 years old.

After meeting her business partner (and now husband) Chelsea quickly transitioned to consulting on mid market employer health insurance programs where the need for innovation and improvement is dire.
