Meet Michelle Hernandez- 

I am a Commercial Real Estate Professional specialized in helping business owners secure a lease and helping investors secure their next investment to grow the real estate portfolio. I am dedicated to exceeding expectations and leveraging the power of my relationships. 

As a young entrepreneur, my parents instilled in me to strive to raise the bar for myself and those I collaborate with every day. Exceeding their expectations, I set high goals, and I work tirelessly to reach and exceed them. Along the way, I hope to motivate my clients to raise the bar with me in everything from their personal to professional goals.

Aside from Commercial Real Estate I am President of LEGS (Ladies Executive Golf Society) Miami, building a strong community of like-minded women who want to collaborate and grow together. LEGS Miami is a society of women who come together to improve their golf skills, play golf together, build friendships, collaborate on business opportunities and give back to the local community. 

Golf Together. Grow Together. Give Together. 

LEGS is partnered with NCYA (Nicklaus Children’s Young Ambassadors) to give back $2 of every registration at each event. NCYA is a special organization of young professionals who come together to raise awareness and funds for the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami, FL. In 2022, NCYA was able to give back $116, 135.39 to eight specific projects that will directly impact the children and the staff that supports the children at the hospital. I am a proud leader and partner with NCYA. 

I believe we bring out our best when we win together, “A rising tide raises all boats” lets rise together. I am excited to collaborate and build more partnerships with like-minded people and see all the wonderful things we will accomplish together.
