Join us for an exciting day of golf instruction with our expert golf pro, Coach Mo, followed by mobility exercises by Dr. Greg at Movement Driven! Whether you're a seasoned golfer looking to refine your skills or a beginner eager to learn the basics, this event promises to be an enriching experience for golfers of all levels.

Agenda:

1. Golf Lesson & Practice (Duration: 1 Hour)
   Our certified golf instructor will lead a comprehensive lesson covering various aspects of the game.

2. Mobility Session (Duration: 30 Minutes)
   We all know flexibility is a key part of golf success. We will be guided by Dr. Greg at Movement Driven to give us an insightful session to improve mobility for golf and life!

What to Bring:

• Comfortable golf attire
• Golf clubs (if you have them)
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude!
